Using this website means you accept these terms. Professional services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement. Nothing on this website creates an engagement, a retainer, or a client relationship, and no obligation to act arises until an engagement agreement is signed by both parties.

Services are provided to businesses, associations, foundations and other organisations. We do not provide services to consumers in the sense of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

We do not offer, broker or arrange: consumer credit, business lending, payday lending, debt relief, debt restructuring or credit repair; investment advice, portfolio management or the sale of financial instruments; insurance mediation; payment services; crypto-asset services; gambling-related services; or any arrangement whose purpose is to conceal income or mislead a tax authority.

Statutory audit (tilintarkastus) under the Auditing Act (1141/2015) may be performed only by an auditor authorised by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office as HT, KHT or JHT. Etelä-Savon Kiinteistönotariaatti Oy is not an audit firm and does not perform statutory audits or issue audit opinions. Our audit-support service prepares material for an auditor appointed by the client.

Despite the trading name, we hold no notarial authority and do not certify, attest or witness documents. In Finland, public notary functions are performed by state officials.

Everything published here, including the statutory scope estimator, is general information about Finnish accounting and tax rules. It is not advice for your situation, and it cannot take account of facts we do not know. Do not act on it without advice that addresses your circumstances.

The estimator computes obligations from thresholds in named acts, together with an indicative fee range. It is not a quotation, not an offer, and not a prediction of tax payable or tax saved. Statutory thresholds change; we update the estimator when they do, but the acts themselves govern.

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or continuously available. Register details shown here are reproduced from public registers; where this site and the register differ, the register is authoritative.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Finnish law, nor liability under a signed engagement agreement, which contains its own liability terms.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Etelä-Savon Kiinteistönotariaatti Oy unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and quote it with attribution. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false details through its forms, or use automated means to send bulk submissions.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes fall to the District Court of Etelä-Savo (Etelä-Savon käräjäoikeus), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
